Why do I need an account?
So your prayer history and streak survive the phone they were created on. Without an account, losing or replacing your device would mean losing months of tracking. You can sign in with Apple or Google — there's no password to create, and we don't collect anything beyond the email address your provider gives us.
How do I get my history back on a new phone?
Install Salah Habit and sign in with the same Apple or Google account you used before. Your prayer history and streak come back automatically — there's nothing to export or import.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Settings › Account › Delete account. This permanently removes your account and everything backed up to it, and cannot be undone. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription — see below for that.
How do I enable prayer time notifications?
Go to Settings in the app and turn on Notifications. You'll be asked to grant permission once — after that, reminders are scheduled automatically for each prayer.
How does Focus Mode work?
Focus Mode blocks distracting apps you choose during a prayer window, and unlocks them once you've marked that prayer as done. You'll need to select which apps to block using Apple's Screen Time picker, available under Settings → Focus Mode.
How do I restore my Focus Mode Pro purchase?
Open the paywall screen (tap the Focus Mode upsell card on the home screen, or the toggle in Settings) and tap "Restore purchase." Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used to originally subscribe.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed through Apple, not within the app. On your iPhone, go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → Salah Habit, and cancel from there.
My prayer times look off — how can I fix that?
Prayer times are calculated from your device's location. Make sure Location Services are enabled for Salah Habit under your device's Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services.
